 The City of Turlock is proud to partner with Fresno State to bring our community Parent University, a no-cost learning opportunity designed to support parents, caregivers, and families. April classes start the week of April 27th and offer practical, accessible topics to help families learn new skills, gain confidence, and stay connected to helpful resources.

Courses run for four weeks and meet twice a week on Zoom, with two-hour sessions. Participants who complete a course will receive a Certificate of Completion from Fresno State. ✨This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and connect.
